Every July, Key West transforms into a Hemingway's haven as hundreds of Papa Hemingways hit the streets. Their mission: to have a blast, nab the Look-Alike trophy, and raise funds for the HLAS scholarship, supporting Florida Keys students. We're thrilled to be part of the action, fueling the fest with limited-edition bottles, co-hosting the live auction, having a booth at the running of the bulls, and, of course, providing barrels of rum!
Over 160 Hemingway Look-Alike's compete each year. That's a lot of Papas!
LIMITED-EDITION BOTTLES
Each year, we craft a small batch of exclusive rum with a year-specific label, personally signed by the Papas. In 2024, only 44 bottles will be available!
LIVE AUCTION AT THE LOOK-ALIKE CONTEST
On the first night, with the Papas' support, we auction off that year's exclusive rum batch to raise funds for Florida Keys scholarships.
